Sheli Sacker is a chartered physiotherapist and member of the CSP, HCPC and Physio First and qualified from the Manchester Metropolitan University with a BSc (Hons) in 2007.

She worked in the NHS for over 5 years in the Royal Free Hospital, London, working within musculoskeletal, orthopaedics, respiratory, intensive care, neurology and health care for the elderly.  Going on to develop a passion for paediatrics, she specialised in Manchester Children’s Hospital's intensive care and children’s outpatient departments as a Senior Physiotherapist.  She furthered her experience in paediatric Neurosurgery in King’s College Hospital, before returning to the Royal Free to work in the Private Patient Unit and developed her skills in musculoskeletal conditions and post-operative rehabilitation.

Sheli entered as an associate in a Private Practice in North west London for a further 5 years treating adult musculoskeletal and sports injuries, whilst continuing to treat a wide variety of paediatric conditions before setting up her own clinic in 2018.

Sheli has worked as a physiotherapist for the Great British Maccabi team in 2009, and completed a post graduate acupuncture qualification with the AACP and specialist acupuncture courses for the management of  headaches and migraines.

She loved running mother and baby courses at the JW3 in London and achieved Diplomas in both Pregnancy and Baby massage.

As a qualified Specialist Post natal Wellness Practitioner, Sheli creates bespoke, tailor made post natal rehab and recovery programmes to help deal with conditions such as Diastasis Recti and pelvic floor and core issues.

Sheli believes in a deeply caring, holistic approach to treating all conditions promoting, maintaining and restoring function and movement with a deep understanding and ethos that prevention is often the best form of treatment.
